High Hydrolysis Resistant Double Warp Dryer Mesh

This high hydrolysis resistant double warp flat yarn dryer fabric uses a double-warp, double-layer construction. The structure is intended to increase paper-contact and wear surfaces, while the stated 300-500 CFM air-permeability range allows the fabric to be considered for different dryer-section positions. Its listed breaking strength is at least 2500 N/cm. It is evaluated for paper machines that need a technically matched balance of dryer-section running stability, fabric construction and operating conditions. Before selecting a replacement, confirm the paper grade, dryer position, speed, fabric width, loop length, seam requirement and any issue such as contamination, tracking or uneven wear.
